ORDERS

 

Please send us an email or use the contact form on the page if you are interested in ordering a gecko. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We accept  PayPal and money transfer to the bank account. Animals can be placed on hold for 5 days without a deposit. If a deposit or full payment is not received within 5 days, the animal will be put up for sale again. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an animal for up to 1 month. If full payment is not received within 1 month, the deposit will be forfeited and the animal put up for sale again.

SHIPPING

We prefer that the animals are collected in person at our place or at fairs (Hamm, Verona, St. Polten, Barcelona...) but shipping is also possible, normally during the warmer months of the year. Delivery to the USA is also possible from almost each Hamm show. Please send us an e-mail and we will inform you about the shipping costs to your address.

GUARANTEES

We guarantee that all our animals are honestly represented and in perfect shape on the day of the shipment. If the animal has a disfunction this will be visibly marked within the description of the animal on our web page.
